Application:

Gutzeit concrete flat steel anchors are mainly used for the tensile connection of columns and sleepers with the concrete in place. This is based on the assumption of a torsion-free load application.

Assembly:

The embedment depth depends on the quality of the concrete and the load. However, the minimum depth should be
100 mm must not be exceeded. The concrete should cure for at least 3 hours before installation. For fastening, comb nails Ø 4.0 x 40, load capacity class 3/C with a profi le length of at least 31 mm are used.
Fastening in concrete is done by a bolt or by setting in concrete.

Steel quality:

DX51D + Z 275 according to DIN EN 10327:2004

Corrosion protection:

275 g/m² on both sides – corresponding to a zinc layer thickness of approx. 20 μm.
