Our company history
The company was founded in 1975 in Fröndenberg and produced punching and bending tools as well as turned parts until 1989.
In 1989, the tool shop was converted to the production of wooden connectors. Today, approx. 4,000 tons of steel are processed into wood connectors and post beams each year on state-of-the-art automatic punching machines with a pressure force of 50t to 250t. In 2012, a new hall extension was built for production, and the new production hall was directly equipped with a large photovoltaic system for the company’s own power supply.
Due to the positive business development, we have moved into another logistics warehouse directly at our logistics partner in 2020 in order to be able to respond to your requests even faster. We have also equipped this hall with a large photovoltaic system for generating our own electricity.
The continuous training and further education of our employees, as well as the investment in modern and efficient production methods and approvals for our articles, guarantee that we will remain in the best possible position for you in the future.

Our specialist personnel for toolmaking, repair and logistics enable a smooth production flow and optimum results for you.
Our products and tools are designed and visualized with the 3D software “SolidWorks”. The punching tools are manufactured on the most modern CNC machines to ensure quality and accuracy.
Our EDP supported and well sorted warehouse with ca.2000 pallet spaces always allows quick access to the individual products. Thus, shortest delivery times and high availability of the products are constantly guaranteed.
Environment is important to us!
In 2010, we decided to install one of the largest photovoltaic systems, in the region, with various partners. With its 3097 solar modules on 14,000 m² of hall space, the system supplies approx. 750,000 KWh of electricity and thus saves approx. 404 tons of CO₂ per year. To this end, we were also awarded a climate protection flag by the district of Unna.
In 2011 and 2012, we built three more photovoltaic plants with a total capacity of 210 KWP, these plants produce about 220,000 KWh per year of electricity and save about 115 tons of CO₂ per year.
With these plants, we try to return a large part of our CO₂ consumption to the environment and thus manufacture for you in a largely climate-neutral manner.
Since 2021, we have begun the conversion to electric-powered company vehicles and, in the course of this, have already set up a charging station at our company headquarters, which is available to our visitors and employees.
Furthermore, our pneumatic feeders were exchanged for CNC-controlled feeders, so that we save approx. 80% of compressed air. In 2022 we also decided to convert our heating system to renewable energy. It almost goes without saying that the entire company lighting has been converted to LED technology for a long time.
