Perforated plate strip

Application:

Perforated plate strips are made of hot-dip galvanized steel sheets. The hole pattern can be seen in the drawing. There are many possible applications for perforated metal strips in structural timber engineering. The perforated sheet metal strips are preferably used where positional stability, force transmission and dissipation of wind suction forces are required.

Assembly:

Perforated plate strips are fastened with comb nails 4.0 x L or with screws. We recommend always using two perforated metal strips per joint.

Steel quality:

S 250 GD + Z 275 according to DIN EN 10326:2004

Corrosion protection:

275 g/m2 on both sides – corresponding to a zinc layer thickness of approx. 20 μm.
