Application:
The joist brackets are used to connect two timbers that cross in plan. They are particularly suitable for visible connection joints between main and secondary beams, such as floor joists and joists or purlins lying in one plane. The mounting slot enables safe and convenient hanging.
Assembly:
The joist brackets are fastened in the main girder with special nails, diameter 4.0 mm of load capacity class 3/C. The joist is fastened to the secondary beam with Ø 12.0 mm rod dowels or Ø 8.0 mm for beam girder 90. After the first rod dowel has been driven into the uppermost hole of the secondary beam, the joist can be hung in the mounting slot of the joist bracket.
Steel quality:
DX51D + Z 275 according to DIN EN 10327:2004

Corrosion protection:
275 g/m2 on both sides – corresponding to a zinc layer thickness of approx. 20 μm.
