We use state-of-the-art stamping technology!
Our timber connectors are manufactured on modern stamping presses with a pressing force of 40 to 160 tons. CNC-controlled feeds ensure the highest dimensional accuracy and maximum repeatability.
On our machines, we process material thicknesses from 1 to 5 mm. We work with both steel and stainless steel.
A key advantage:
All stamping tools are designed in-house and developed using SolidWorks. Production takes place on CNC-controlled machines – for maximum precision and consistently high quality in series production.
