Double-side tooth plate connectors
Application:
Tooth plate connectors made of hot-dip galvanized sheet steel are used in timber construction in conjunction with bolts.
Assembly:
During assembly, there are various options for pressing the tooth plate connector into the wooden components. With double-sided tooth plate connectors, it is essential to ensure that the teeth are not damaged when hammering in. Prerequisite for mounting is the already existing hole in the wood for the bolt. Relatively large washers are placed on the two sides of the wood. The washers are used to absorb the contact pressure during tightening.
Steel quality:
S 250 GD + Z 275 according to DIN EN 10346
Corrosion protection:
275 g/m² on both sides, corresponds to a zinc coating of approx. 20 μm
