Profile anchor
Application:
Profile anchors are used to fasten wooden beams to Profile bars (Halfen rails).
Assembly:
The Profile anchors are always mounted on both sides. Fastening is done with Gutzeit comb nails 4.0 x 40 or with bolts size M 12. At least three comb nails must be used per connection. The nails should be distributed over the entire surface, but an edge distance of approx. 28 mm must be maintained. The minimum wood width should be 80 mm.
Steel quality:
S 250 GD + Z275
Corrosion protection:
275 g/m2 on both sides – corresponding to a zinc coating thickness of approx. 20 μm
